Cinnamon Rolls, but in a cookie form with shortbread dough, rolled up with cinnamon sugar filling = Addictive! Delicious liquorice hot chocolate - rich, spicy and warming (with a vegan version too) Our lovely Danish friends we visit as often as can introduced us to the wonderful world of Lakrids Liquorice and it is perfect for this recipe as they produce powdered liquorice which works so well with this rich and creamy hot chocolate. My favourite liquorice hot chocolate is the vegan version as I adore. There's a light and fluffy texture and they can be eaten for breakfast or as a snack later in the day. It is so funny but I really did intend to make cookies when I started this recipe.
