- It's of Cauliflower (chopped).
- Prepare of Fresh pepper to taste (roughly blended).
- You need of Spring Onion x1small (chopped).
- It's of Green pepper x1 small (diced).
- It's of Green beans x4 straws (chopped).
- You need of Chicken breast / butt x2 (cubed).
- Prepare of Chicken Stock cube x1.
- You need to taste of Salt.
- You need of Veg. Oil (optional).

- If your chicken has fats no need to add oil just add it to the hot pot the same time as the onion and garlic butif fats is absent add oil to hot pot and add garlic and onion and caramalize.
- Then add the chicken and fry for a minute then add the pepper spices and stock cube and a little water (very small) just enough to steam for a minute (if ur chicken is hard or not done yet) but no need if your chicken is soft and cooked..
- Add the veggies and steam for 30secs and the sauce is done..
- Heat a little water and add the cauliflower then sprinkle salt of you have ambassador butter add a tbsp if not its still OK.
