  5. You need Pinch of cinnamon powder.
  6. You need 1 tsp of Honey optional.

  1. First in a bowl soak together oats, chopped apple and dates..In warm milk..For 15 - 20 mins..
  2. Now separate the soak ingredients from milk...And blend till smooth..
  3. Now add remaining milk and honey and blend it again...
  4. Pour in serving glass.. Sprinkle cinnamon powder..And done..
  5. If u want to make it cool..Then add ice cubes while blending..With milk..
